How does the Helping Hands Program work?

  • A physician prescribes X-GEN Colistimethate for Injection, USP (NDC# 39822-0615-1).
  • The patient fills the prescription for a one month supply of X-GEN Colistimethate for Injection, USP (NDC# 39822-0615-1) at the pharmacy of their choice.
  • The patient enrolls in the SourceCF Helping Hands program by completing and mailing in the enrollment card along with their prescription receipt and box tops as proof of purchase.
  • Once enrolled, the patient will receive a bottle of 60 SourceCF Softgels for each one month X-GEN Colistimethate for Injection, USP (NDC# 39822-0615-1) receipt and proof of purchase box tops.

What if I receive my vitamins through another program?

  • The patient may choose from a selection of other CF products.
  • Or they may choose to lend a Helping Hand to another CF patient by donating the bottle of SourceCF Softgels to their CF Care Center for use by another patient.

Due to federal regulations, Medicaid and Medicare patients may not enroll in the SourceCF Helping Hands program.
